During the talk, Darrell was asked about the value of one of the homes that was being discussed. He later researched that, and here’s a more-accurate answer from Darrell: “It was asked how much it originally cost to build one of the Greene’s Ultimate Bungalows.”
One of the participants replied with something like 3/4 of a million for the Blacker House if I remember correctly?
The correct cost numbers were found in Randell Makinson&rsquos book The Blacker House (page 25) published by Smith Gibbs in 2000.
